Jalna City Municipal Corporation (JCMC) has undertaken a major renewable energy initiative to promote clean, reliable, and sustainable electricity generation within the municipal limits. As part of this initiative, JCMC has awarded Vistacore Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. the responsibility to design, engineer, manufacture, supply, install, test, and commission a 15 MWp/15 MWac Grid-Connected Solar Power Plant at Ghanewadi under the Open Access Mechanism. The project also includes a Five Years Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) to ensure optimum performance and reliability of the plant.

Construction of Industrial Shed Development for ZF and SPA
VIPL successfully executed the construction of industrial sheds for ZF and the Supply Chain Partner Association (SPA) in Pune, designed to support automotive manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations. The project involved developing prefabricated, steel-framed structures with thermal-insulated panels (PUF/EPS) to ensure efficiency and durability.
Scope Executed
Construction of sheds ranging from 7,000 sq. ft. to 38,000 sq. ft. to meet the varying operational needs of ZF and SPA members.
Implementation of essential infrastructure, including power supply, water, drainage, and service facilities. Delivery of structures suitable for automotive parts manufacturing, assembly, and logistics operations. Ensured timely execution, quality standards, and compliance with industrial norms throughout the project.
Outcome
The project was successfully completed and handed over, providing modern, flexible, and fully functional industrial spaces that support ZF’s expansion and the broader needs of the local automotive supply chain in Pune.
